Launches RICE FORCE, a skincare product made from rice, as clothing mail order company Simree Co., Ltd.

2002

Releases products containing Rice Power® No.11 Extract:

Establishes Im Co., Ltd., a cosmetics mail order company, as a subsidiary of Simree Co., Ltd.

September

2007

Takes over the cosmetics mail order business of Image Holdings Co., Ltd. (formerly, Simree Co., Ltd.).

2008

Releases a line of products for sebum issues that contain Rice Power Extract:

  • ACPOLESS Collection

2012

Establishes a tieup with Moana Lani Spa in Hawaii, USA (contract ended in 2018).

2013

Establishes a tieup with Wellness Rooseveltova in Prague, Czech Republic (contract ended in 2019).

Im Co., Ltd., merges with IJ Holdings Co., Ltd. (formerly, Image Holdings Co., Ltd.).

Obtains a patent (No. 6686223) for a method of evaluating skin condition through the Skin Care Program offered through the RICE FORCE brand.

  • Obtains a permit to open a pharmacy and opens Im Pharmacy, a retail store, inside the Head Office building.
  • The first pharmaceutical product in the BRIGHTAGE line, BRIGHTAGE WHITE, is born. Im begins selling pharmaceutical products through mail order sales for the first time.

January

2021

Obtains a patent (No. 6821852) for a technology for judging skin condition through the Skin Care Program offered through the RICE FORCE brand.

2022

  • RICE FORCE releases the Premium Perfect Series, a full-fledged anti-ageing care* line that contains the new active ingredient Rice Power® No. 11 α. *Age-appropriate care
  • RICE FORCE launches a new “skin analysis” service using a unique “skin cell analysis system” to analyze, and give advice on, risks to beautiful skin, barrier functions, and aging.
  • RICE FORCE, in addition to developing a skin analysis service, opens a new facility called the “Bare Skin Science Lab” that researches skin care and develops new products.

BRIGHTAGE doubles the amount of active ingredients in product formulas, launches refillable products, and adopts container and packaging materials that have low environmental impact.

Releases Regain Meneki Care Aojiru, a juice that contains the Regain ingredient “plasma lactobacillus.”

Releases L‘active S, a pharmaceutical product in the Regain line that is effective for treating hip, shoulder, and joint pain when taken orally.
