Ⅰ. About this Notification
Im Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) shall process personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and the laws and regulations that replace such in the future.

Ⅳ. Storage period for personal data
The Company shall store personal data that has been collected for the period that is necessary for the processing of such personal data, within a scope not exceeding seven years from the time of the termination of business relations. Nevertheless, this shall not apply to cases in which laws and regulations require the personal data to be stored for a longer period of time, and in such cases, the personal data shall be stored for the period of time required in the said laws and regulations.

The relevant person, whose personal data is owned by the Company, possesses multiple legal rights, and these rights typically include the following. Nevertheless, these rights may differ depending on the location of the relevant person, and the laws and regulations pertaining to data protection that are applicable to the relevant person’s relationship with the Company.

- The right to ask for the Company to correct relevant personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete
- The right to ask for the Company to erase relevant personal data in specific situations
- The right to ask for the Company to restrict the processing of personal data by the Company in specific situations
- The right to express objections to the Company regarding the processing of relevant personal data
- The right to ask to receive personal data in a structured, commonly-used, machine-readable format, and/or have the Company directly transfer such personal data to a recipient within a scope that is technically feasible (so-called “right to data portability”)

- Post the filled-out request form, documents confirming that you are a proxy if the request is being made by a proxy, and a postal money order for the fee (only in cases of notification of purpose of use and request for disclosure) to the Personal Information Contact above.
- After receiving the above request, to verify your identity, the Company shall ask you for information on two or so items (for example, your telephone number and date of birth) that can be used to verify your identity.

The Company endeavors to keep personal information and specified personal information, etc. accurate and up to date, and take organizational, human, physical, and technical safety control measures to prevent the leakage, loss, and damage of personal information.
